To help prevent these issues, it is important to get your eyes
tested regularly. The best way to keep your eyes in top condition is
to get them tested regularly. According to the College of
Optometrists, if you are over the age of 16 you should have your
eyes tested every two years.

The average adult should have their eyes tested every two years.
This number can change depending on any problems with your
vision but your optometrist will inform you if this is the case.
This could increase your visits to yearly or every six months to
ensure you're staying on top of any issues or changes. Most of
us, however, will be able to stick to visits only once every two
