How reglazing works

Choose your lenses
Single vision, varifocal, bifocal or occupational. Add tints, coatings or a thinner index in the lens studio.

Describe your frames
Tell us about your frames — brand, colour, size — and optionally upload a photo. We'll confirm by email.

Send us your frames
We email you a prepaid, insured returns label. Drop your frames in the post and we'll receive them within days.

Glazed & returned
Our opticians glaze your frames in our UK lab and return them in around 7 working days, fully insured.

What does reglazing cost?
Single vision reglazes start at £49, varifocals from £149 and bifocals from £119. The lens studio will show your exact price as you build.
Which frames can you reglaze?
Almost any frame in good condition: acetate, metal, rimless and sports frames. If your frame is damaged we'll let you know before we glaze.
How long does it take?
Around 7 working days from when we receive your frames, plus a few days postage each way. You'll get tracking for both journeys.
What if my prescription has changed?
Use the most recent prescription from your optician. If you upload a prescription that's more than two years old, our opticians may contact you to check.
