Step 1: Find your frame size and fit
Getting the right size is crucial for comfort and appearance. With thousands of frames to choose from, filtering by size is the quickest way to a shortlist that actually fits.
How to measure: check the inside arm of your current glasses for three numbers (for example 54-18-140). The first is the lens width, the second the bridge width and the third the arm length.

- ✓Medium — 130–140mm total width
- ✓Large — 135–145mm total width
- ✓Extra Large — 140–155mm total width
