Delivery options
All orders are dispatched from our UK laboratory. Prescription glasses are glazed and quality-checked before dispatch, so please allow 7–10 working days for glazed orders during busy periods.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your glasses, send them back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Frames must be unworn and in their original condition, but prescription lenses are covered by our satisfaction guarantee too: if we glazed them wrong, we reglaze or refund at no cost.
To start a return, email care@spex4less.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid returns label.
Home trial
Not sure which frames suit you? Order up to 4 frames on a free home trial. Try them on at home for 7 days, then keep what you love and send the rest back in the prepaid envelope. We only charge you once you confirm which frames you are keeping.
