Four ways: type it into the lens studio, upload a photo or PDF of your optician's prescription, use a saved reference from a previous order, or email it to us after checkout. You can also choose 'later' at checkout and send it within 14 days.

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee covers every order. If the prescription is wrong, the lenses are defective, or the frame is faulty, we reglaze or refund at no cost. Unworn frames can be returned within 60 days.

Yes. We buy directly from manufacturers, glaze in our own UK lab and sell online only. Compare the same frame with the same lenses on the high street and you will typically pay 50–75% less with us.

Yes. Order up to 4 frames on a free home trial. Try them for 7 days, keep what you love and return the rest in the prepaid envelope. You are only charged for the frames you keep.

Non-prescription sunglasses ship within 1–2 working days. Prescription orders are glazed in our lab and typically dispatch within 7–10 working days. Next-day delivery is available for stock items.

Yes. From £49, our lab removes your old lenses and glazes your frames with new prescription lenses. You post your frames to us using a prepaid insured label and we return them in around 7 working days.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Revolut. All payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

Your prescription is health data and is stored encrypted, accessible only to our dispensing opticians and lab team. It is never shared with third parties and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
